Tiff's Turn

The triplets are 6 weeks old and I'm learning every day how to be a better triplet mom. It's not easy, but I try to feel victorious with small accomplishments every day. It can be anything from feeding all 3 babies at once... to learning how to wear a baby, or getting myself out the door to start running again. There were two small victories for August 14, 2015.                                                  Victory #1: Our newborn pictures are complete! If you ever need a fabulous newborn photographer, I highly recommend Janean Gray Photography ! She took her time, had wonderful props and was an artist when it came to posing the babies. Ten Things I love About Having Triplets 1. It's three times the love, 2... but I have a different, special kind of love for each child. 3. Heaven sent me a small family all at once.  4. While the journey of getting Livi, Beckett and Henry home wasn't easy, it was well worth it. 5. I get to experience what it's like to raise boys. 6. Aria gets a little sister to help her with these boys.  7. I already see Aria bonding with and loving all three babies. 8. I fall more in love with my husband when I witness him being the amazing father that he is. 9. I have learned that I am capable of so much more than I ever thought possible. 10. Tuesday was such an amazing day! After 12 days of being in the NICU, our babies came home.  We know we are incredibly blessed that our preemies spent such a little amount of time there. The doctors and nurses tell us that is by no means the norm for triplets- especially to all leave on the same day. My big from South Carolina was here for the special day too! Since we've been home, it's all about routine- around the clock. The babies eat every three hours, one at a time. In between feeds, we have been enjoying bonding and cuddling time. lounging~ tummy time~ bath time~ sleepy time~ more tummy time~ Livi doesn't seem to like tummy time, so we are taking it slow with her.
