Good Sunday, everyone! Have you hunkered down for the scary ice storm that wasn't as bad as the majority of the meteorologists scare us into thinking it would be? We have, which has led me to a bit of cabin fever, which led me to cleaning out my closet. Did you know that Turbo Tax has an app called "It's Deductible" that helps you track your donations to keep track for your taxes? I have started it and it's super easy. It will even give you an estimate on the worth of each item donated and the value that it adds to your tax return. Last time we had a "snow day", we decided to get out of the house and go to Old McDonald's, as Aria calls it. The weather has been nice enough to us, though, that we have been able to have two play dates already for 2017.  We rang in the new year with Aria's favorite girls, and a couple weeks later we got together for a triplet and siblings play date. Winter. You can really go away now. This year the winter has been so rough on the littles. We made two trips to urgent care this week alone. Livi has a cold, the boys have RSV and Aria has her second ear infection this month, less than a week after getting a stomach bug for the second time. The good news is, our new triplet wagon was a hit when we took it for her maiden voyage to the doctor yesterday. I thought Aria would be upset she couldn't ride, but she was instead elated that she got to help me pull the trio. Besides our first triplet wagon ride, we have also had many other firsts around here lately. Did you get to get outside to enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend? The kids were in heaven with the time outdoors, especially since we have been cooped up inside for quite a while. I've had good luck with taking both Aria and Livi with me while I run quick errands lately. Next time I'll take one of the boys. The kid carts at the store are always a hit. While it's oh-so-fun to get out with the kids, the inside of the house has been driving me crazy lately. I've been trying to de-clutter and organize little bits at a time. So far, I have managed to complete this task of creating a chalkboard wall/ "Command Center" in the kitchen. Aria is my mini organizer. She takes it upon herself to gather up things without my help or prompting.
